WARRANTY

Unbreakable Unlimited Company (“Unbreakable”) hereby warrants the original purchaser of any new AutoLock anti-theft device that the device shall be free from defects in material and/or workmanship. This warranty shall extend for a period of Ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. Should any defect arise within the warranty period, Unbreakable shall replace the defective unit with a new AutoLock. Under no circumstances, however, shall Unbreakable be required to refund the purchase price of any AutoLock. This warranty does not cover any failure of or damage to the product resulting from accident, alteration or misuse of the product or failure to follow manufacturer’s operating instructions. Unbreakable shall not be liable for any damages or costs associated with the loss of keys. Unbreakable shall not be liable for any damage caused by use of the product other than that indicated in the instructions. Unbreakable shall not be liable for any damage to the interior or exterior of a vehicle caused by product and shall not be liable for the loss of or damage to a vehicle or its contents.

UNBREAKABLE DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM DELAY OR LOSS OF USE AND SERVICE, OR REPAIR, OR FOR LOSS OF OR DAMAGED DEVICES, OR FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS EXPRESSED WARRANTY, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY, EVEN THOUGH IT MAY BE CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER FAULT ON THE PART OF UNBREAKABLE OR OTHERS. THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE IN EFFECT ONLY FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY PERIOD AS SET FORTH ABOVE, AND THEREAFTER, THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR PURPOSE ON AUTOLOCK. Some states do not allow limitation on incidental, consequential, or other damages, or the length of implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply.
